Crum uses coffee provided by the organic roasters based in Kelowna, BC. All of our coffee beans are organic and roasted only in small batches - so whatever coffee we ordered is roasted fresh then delivered the next day.
Our exclusive pride and joy is the absolute caffeine loaded cold drink: Caffè Freddo! This beauty was so popular we started making a vegan friendly version with almond milk for the Spring and Summer seasons. A very simple mix of three ingredients: freshly pulled espresso shots, 2% milk/almond milk and granulated sugar. We don't put too much sugar either, so it isn't too sweet. What makes this drink special is that we simply chill those three ingredients together, without the use of ice, so we are not diluting any of the espresso. It has the consistency of a slushy drink with the strong taste of espresso. Coffee lovers rejoice!
Vegan, GLuten-Free & Paleo
For our vegan, gluten-free and paleo items we carry the most delicious treats from Chrysta's Food in the Nūd here in Edmonton. She does not use any refined sugars or starches and no preservatives. Pumpkin Turmeric Muffin, Chocolate Banana Muffins, Raw Superfood Brownies, "Sexy Lexi" Oatbars and other treats are always in the rotation!
Our pastries (croissants, almond croissants, pain au chocolats, palmier) are imported frozen from France, then baked fresh every morning. They are made with 100% butter (no cut of shortening or other butter alternatives). The Belgian Sugar Waffles are imported from Belgium, made with 100% butter as well.
Our baked goods are made by local bakers who use real ingredients and no preservatives, in order to make the best tasting delights.
We always carry the must-try "The Original Honeycake", a European staple, provided by the wonderful Krystyna from the St. Albert farmers market.
The chocolate bark, and seasonal chocolates we carry are made by Erin from Bakers Block in Edmonton, whose chocolate making abilities are second to none! She uses only the highest grade chocolate on the market: Val Rhona. What makes the flavours burst is the fact that the chocolate is not too sweet so it does not over power the chocolate itself. Once you try this chocolate it is hard to go back to the big chain chocolates!

We make our hot chocolates, white hot chocolates, mochas, and white mochas with 100% Bernard Callebaut® chocolate. Creamy and delicious.
Affogatos (espresso poured over a scoop of vanilla ice cream) are made with Edmonton's own Pinocchio Vanilla Bourbon ice cream - which is made with natural ingredients for a truly delicious ice cream.
